The Pennsylvania Assembly is made up of everyday Pennsylvanians exercising their right to self-governance. This assembly empowers communities to take control of their legal and governmental processes free from corporate or statutory systems.
The strength of The Pennsylvania Assembly lies in its people, their wisdom, and their unified sense of purpose. When citizens understand that the government exists to serve and protect them, that they are the employers, and that contractual obligations bind government officials, they can come together to hold those officials accountable. This is no longer the effort of one individual—it becomes a powerful collective movement of families, communities, the entire State, and ultimately many States working in harmony, driven by shared knowledge, history, and vision.
Our Pennsylvania Assembly is dedicated to the restoration of a complete and fully operational Land and Soil jurisdiction, State and County court system serving the people of Pennsylvania, the preservation of the National Trust, the enforcement of the Public Law, the upholding of the Federal Constitution owed to our State and People, the repopulation of our Land and Soil jurisdiction, the filling of vacated Public Offices, and the reclamation of our material and intellectual public and private assets.
To these ends, we, the living people of Pennsylvania, have called the eligible Pennsylvania Nationals and electors to assemble and to serve as Jurors and Officers. We have established the process and procedure to qualify Jurors and others competent to hold State Citizenship and Public Office. We do this peacefully and without rancor in exercising our unincorporated powers and capacities.
Together, we form the Pennsylvania Assembly, reclaiming our government as it was meant to be—"Of the People, By the People, For the People"—for the first time since the Civil War over 160 years ago. As we unite in this effort, we choose life over death, peace over conflict, love over division, and abundance over scarcity. We look forward to the day when all Pennsylvanians join the Assembly, embracing their birthright as free men and women endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights and the power to shape our destiny.
The Pennsylvania Assembly holds business meetings on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:15 PM. Once in session, our General Assembly meetings will be open and transparent, ensuring that the public or assembly members can participate or at least observe the proceedings. Don't hesitate to contact the Assembly Coordinator to receive call information and decorum for attendance.
In addition to our weekly business call, our Members have committees dedicated to different topics that meet on their schedule, as well as spontaneous socials and a state-wide Family Reunion get-together a couple of times a year. All these events and meetings are optional for members, but we find that the more we gather and take responsibility, the more we can support one another, learn together, and discuss how we want to make a difference.
